• *Key Responsibilities**
- Perform daily finance and accounts operations and maintenance of all accounting transactions
- Perform account analysis and reconciliations including preparation of journal entries
- Keep account books and systems up to date
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders, Invoices, Credit Notes, and other related documents
- Analyze invoices and deliveries to ensure correct products were received and at the agreed price
- Schedule and manage outgoing payments
