Responsibilities

-Assist in the oversight of compliance processes to ensure appropriate advice regarding regulatory matters are provided to the business in an effective and efficient manner.

-Dissemination, and implementation of new legislation, local and international standards, policies, and procedures across the organization, produce operating rules, advice, and guidance.

-Aid in undertaking compliance checks, risk assessments, and the preparation of operating rules and procedural documentation.

-Collaborate with other units to direct compliance and issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.

-Align compliance with business objectives, execute comprehensive, accurate, timely, and cost- effective compliance quality assurance at operating entity.
