Ensuring the daily accomplishment of the standard KPIs, such as Volume to Schedule or Build to Schedule (in case of the Final Assembly Area), Quality and Scrap objectives.
Managing the labor resources in order to meet the labor performance targets.
Achieving zero accidents within the area (Perform Layer Process Audits).
Ensuring the accomplishment of IATF16949 / ISO14001 / OHSAS18001 standards (and other specific customer requirements) within the area.
Ensuring the adherence of the team members to the Zero defects mindset.
Revising operator instructions and visual aids and developing training plan for new employees.
Ensuring the accomplishment of Mfg. Specialist (operators) rotation plans to comply with ergonomic standards.
Developing changeover procedures.
Supporting the OPEX implementation process.
Ensuring the on time updating of manufacturing documentation.
