On Space Operations:
• Ensure that all workspaces and common areas are organized, clean & functioning at all times
• Conduct morning/evening walk-throughs and complete checklist for assigned space twice daily
• Check our digital screens weekly to make sure they are updated with new material, address Marketing Department to ensure it remains attractive
• Resolve any operational or space related issues on the spot with appropriate department
• Suggest ways to enhance our member experience within the space
• Manage accurate & timely setup and delivery of new member offices, desks and workspaces
• Manage accurate & timely setup and delivery of event spaces as assigned to you

On Workspace Sales Duties:
• Use Zoho to manage and log your sales journey as a main requirement of your job
• Learn, understand and memorize Antwork’s product categories, features, price range, and add-on’s
• Complete your daily / weekly required quota of cold calls to your assigned leads
