Key Responsibilities
• Manage project scope and negotiate with clients so their needs & priorities are met and their expectations are set
• Elicit business and technical requirements, clearly translating them into feature specifications that are well understood by the clients, and that enable a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers & testers to succeed
• Work with tech leads and senior engineers to understand and track the big-picture strategy, project requirements, priorities, and high-level technical implementation details
• Estimate & set realistic budgets, create schedules that make sense, juggle multiple priorities, and ensure effective team communication for smooth & quality delivery
• Provide regular status updates, client meetings, and internal meetings
• Manage potentially multiple projects including tracking cross-team and cross-product dependencies, plan and schedule feature releases, and drive product-wide release demos, and pre-release governance processes
