The ideal candidate is serve as the lead marketing executive. You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with our objectives . Lead the Sales & Marketing team to achieve branch sales targets Increase sales and optimize costs to meet sales & distribution operation profit targets.

Responsibilities
• Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output
• Lead the Sales & Marketing team to achieve branch sales targets
• Increase sales and optimize costs to meet sales & distribution operation profit targets
• Carrying out internal monitoring and visits to key customer accounts to obtain timely payments and reduce bad debts
• Increase the addition of new customers/new open outlets (NOO)
• Maintain the availability of goods in the warehouse
• Reduce stock of dead moving goods
• Increase the speed of delivery of goods to customers
