Reporting to the Executive Director, this role operates as a business advisor, primarily supporting Northwestern Ontario Innovation Centre (NOIC) clients in the Kenora and Rainy River districts. This role works with regional businesses, partner organizations, and entrepreneurs. This role also operates as NOIC’s agri-food industry expert, supporting NOIC’s agri-food clients across Northwestern Ontario. This job is primarily a work-from-home role, and the successful applicant must be based in a community in the Kenora or Rainy River district. This is a full-time contract role until Oct 1, 2025, with the expectation that the contract will be extended in three-year cycles.

Responsibilities
• Support NOIC clients as a business advisor.
• Ensure NOIC achieves its business advisor KPI.
