Main Purpose:

Reporting to the Group Company Secretary, the successful applicant will provide legal, corporate governance and compliance support to the Regional Company Secretary (Africa), having responsibility for all aspects of company secretarial administration, corporate entity management, corporate governance and compliance oversight and associated matters for a number of group companies based in the West African / Francophone region. This role is for someone keen to take on a varied and interesting role within a fast moving and dynamic team – this is not a traditional company secretarial role.
