Subcontracting Coordinator

Within the Subcontracting department, you are responsible for the daily follow up of the production that is outsourced to our subcontractors.
• You are first and foremost the liaison officer between our Customer Services in Europa and beyond, our production departments and our subcontractors in various European countries.
• You coordinate the customer order processing between these parties from A to Z.
• You are responsible for Masterdata creation in SAP
• You place the required purchase orders with our production plants and subcontractors
• You monitor the inventory of components that is stored at the subcontractors
• You regularly report and monitor a set of KPIs.
• You are actively involved in designing, implementing and improving administrative procedures within the department.
