Job Description:
Responsible for supporting and coordinating sales and internal training at global level ensuring successful participation and execution. Will be responsible as well of the organization and logistic aspects around the online or face to face trainings ensuring all sales reps needs are addresses in regards to materials and content.
Work closely with the global head of sales and internal training supporting all activities across the organization
• Coordinates and organize face to face sales training, ensuring successful execution
• Support with the material organization for the trainings as well as coordination of the content to be delivered
• Responsible for logistics around the trainings as well as venue organization and education material availability (ex: brochures, catalogs, etc.)
• Drives creative initiatives to motivate the participants and ensure the trainings are effective and impactful
