Job Summary:

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the CEO. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO's office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calendar Management:

- Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Coordinate and prioritize appointments, ensuring optimal CEO time use.

2. Communication Management:

- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing communications appropriately.

- Draft, proofread, and edit emails, memos, reports, and other documents on behalf of the executive.
