Location - Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India
• Preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in line with the hostel's menu and recipes.
• Follow established cooking methods, portion sizes, and quality standards to deliver consistent and flavorful dishes.
• Prepare ingredients, including chopping, cutting, and marinating, to ensure timely execution during service hours.
• Monitor food stock levels and assist in the ordering and receiving of ingredients to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety guidelines and sanitation regulations.
