· Design, select and price vertical turbine and submersible pumps for various applications

· Prepare quotes/tenders for municipal well and pump supply and/or maintenance and well rehabilitation programs

· Design, manage and supervision of pump maintenance and well rehabilitation programs

· Maintain client contacts, and manage scheduling and specific site requirements for IWS service crews

· Involved with the oversight and management of shop operations

· Opportunity for supervision of more junior staff and field crews

· Prepare project reports and draft invoices for projects

· Office administration, as required

· Opportunity for assignments in field and on job sites as well as hands on projects

· Opportunity to grow within the company and be responsible for new areas of work

· Occasionally attend conferences and trade shows
