SUMMARY: The Quote Supervisor is responsible for managing the day to day activities for the Quote, Sourcing and Buyer groups within the NPI organization in Silao Mexico. This is achieved by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)
• Assign Projects/quotes to quote specialists and sourcing team
• Responsible for the creation of sales quotes for custom cable harness/cord sets by breaking down customer supplied prints and specifications into essential components
• Oversee the quote process and track sourcing and NPI progress
• Resolve procurement and lead time issues, manage customer expectations, and work on resolutions
• Work collaboratively with multiple departments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Track team progress against KPIs
• Help remove roadblocks for the NPI team
• Coordinate with the other NPI teams on priorities
• Coach and give feedback to team members
