Job Description

We’re currently hiring for a leading Manufacturing company.

Role: Head – Operational Excellence (Motors)

Location: Neemrana (Rajasthan)

Experience: at least 15+ years of total experience with significant experience in Motors division

Technical requirements:
• Knowledge of 1 Phase / 3 Phase Induction Motors, Pumps, and its manufacturing processes and testing
• Knowledge of materials used in motor manufacturing
• Knowledge of Industrial Engineering, Tool engineering (CAD) along with Mechanical/Electronic/Electrical drawing and SAP.
• Knowledge to drive Control plan / SPC/SQC/ PFMEA/BIQ/A3/ 8D/ 5S/ Kaizen/Lean concepts i.e. 7 types of wastes, Visual management, VSM, Shopfloor management (DWM) etc.
