We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl and be part of our opening team.
Job Summary:
• You will be responsible for handling all internal and external phone calls.
• You will independently process all reservation inquiries.
• You will act as a liaison between all hotel departments to fulfill all guest requests.
• You possess excellent product knowledge regarding hotel rooms, prices, promotions, amenities, etc.
Your Profile:
• You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry.
• You have excellent language skills in German and English and enjoy using them.
• You know how to use MS Office and ideally have experience with the Opera Property Management System. More Detail
