Newrest, specialist in out of home catering is looking for an Inflight Deputy Unit Manager to join her team in Heraklion, Crete.

Reporting to Regional Inflight Operation Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the unit.

ASSIGNMENTS:
• Plan the organization of all departments in the unit (schedules/teams/work boards)
• Guarantee the level of quality of services and customer satisfaction, as well as the application of customer requirements
• Put in place operational management tools for Inflight activity
• Ensure the sustainability of economic balances and ratios by focusing on food and labor costs according to Group standards
• Perform audits on working methods and procedures
• Detect problems, list them by criticality and encourage the implementation of corrective actions
