RNDC is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and professional Transportation Supervisor to join our growing Washington State Operations team. The Transportation Supervisor is based out of our Auburn Washington Warehouse and directs and coordinates operational activities of delivery equipment and personnel by performing the following duties, including but not limited to. Shifts Available: 3:00am-Noon and 11:00am-8:00pm In this role, you will Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Has responsibility for recommending performance management actions including but not limited to selection and hiring, transferring, and discharging the assignment of work, coaching, receipt of rewards and progressive discipline.
