Your Job

Lead the Molex Power and Signal cable assembly business for our Nogales, MX manufacturing location. Develops and Manages the Product Development and Product Management team with the objective to exceed customer expectations. Responsible for building and executing the cable growth strategy alongside plant operations, engineering, new product introduction, sourcing and supply chain. This is part of the Power and Signal Business Unit and works closely with Molex sales and global engineering groups.
