HR -Unit/Divisional HR Manager

We are looking for Unit/Divisional HR Manager for an Indian bank (rural banking unit)

Job Locations –Guntur, Kurnool, Nizamabad, Sangareddy, Warangal, Khammam. Candidate can choose any of these locations.

Must have worked as HR for any NBFC/Micro Finance/Rural banking org/unit

He/she will take care of HR for assigned branches/divisions of the organization. Recruitment

Recruitment – 60-65%

Generalist HR activities – 35-40%

Budget for this position will be based on relevant experience, current CTC & market standards but not exceeding 8 LPA
