Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze experimental data and present findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, or technical documents.
• Drive innovation by proposing and implementing new ideas, technologies, or methodologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies throughout the R&D process.
• Manage R&D projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.
