We have a fantastic opportunity for a Positive Behaviour Support & Autism Support Worker to join our dedicated team based in Llangyfelach. In this pivotal role you will assist and encourage individuals to become integrated members of their local community, promoting physical and social participation.

For this role you must have a full UK driving license.

Mirus is a not-for-profit charitable organisation, working in partnership with the people we support, their families and other partners, to deliver high quality, person-centred support services for people with a disability. We have been supporting people in Wales for over 35 years and currently support over 350 people in ten different local authority areas.

What will you be doing?
• You will develop, implement, and review individual Person-Centred Plans.
• You will deliver and review Positive Behaviour Support and Active Support Plans, to enable the individuals you support to lead an independent life.
