Interim HR Advisor

Portsmouth, Hampshire | £36,000-£40,000 (Pro-rata) | 12 Month Contract - 30 Hour Week

We are actively seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide advice and support on a variety of HR related matters to our business units. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a commercially focused and proactive service to multiple UK locations, whilst supporting the execution of strategic HR goals.

The position will be 30 hours worked across 5 days. The role is hybrid, working from our Fareham and Havant sites 3 days per week.

Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for employee relations, engagement and wellbeing activities and initiatives either within your business support function or across the UK
