Job Description

Venator is currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join the White End Operations team.

The overall purpose of the Engineering Manager role is to provide an engineering lead for the White End assets ensuring that the assets are maintained in line with statutory requirements and to drive plant availability and reliability improvement.

The Engineering Manager is part of the White End Manufacturing function and reports to the Head of Operations White End. The Head of Operations White End is part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) at Greatham site and reports to the Site Director.

Job Responsibilities Include
• Day-to-day leadership and accountability of the White End Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument Engineers.:
• Lead, performance manage, motivate, and develop team members.
• Provide M/I/E technical direction and instructions for the White End teams.
