Title: Production Threading Manager

Duration: FTE, permanent

Location: Welland, Ontario - onsite 5x per week

Must-haves

- Minimum of a Diploma in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology or comparable work experience.

- A minimum of 5 years related work experience in supervising, directing and motivating personnel.

- In addition, at least 5 years of experience in managing equipment, budgets, and production processes in an automated, high-tech production facility.

- Proven experience in project management, including an ability to facilitate the successful conclusion of a large project.

- Experience with highly automated production lines that utilize PLCs, SCADA systems and software driven control systems.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Proven report writing ability.
