Responsibilities and assignments

Responsabilidades y Atribuciones
• Acts as a primary point of contact for all zones and business units regarding the goal setting, tracking and bonus management process
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure adherence to performance management rules as well as manage the execution for global employees.
• Empower regional performance management teams through trainings, presentations, communications and SOPS to ensure a seamless process across all zones.
• Technical support for the goal setting management system
• Conduct user experience sessions and provide training on the system
