Working Condition:
• 5 days a week work (Mon-Fri: 08.00 - 17.00) / Hybrid Work (Applicable WFH 2 Days/Week)
• Flex Time (As company work pattern)
• Office work as Co working space & None fixed area.
• Employee service operating on mobile.

Job Responsibility:

1.BOI Incentive Initiative and Control:
- Check BOI regulation and do the feasibility check for Maximize tax incentive and propose to manager
- Incentive Operation Control (Related BOI Process & Conditions /Import & Export incentive, check eligible of Duty Tax & VAT exemption)
-Check related legal & texes such as FBL & FBC, NSTDA License, WTO/FTA/ITC control/Report V to vendor
-Lead for Completion Audit, Project amendment, Project closing and etc.

2.Compliance Monitoring Matter:
-Observe and Attend in any Business Transaction Change and investigate BOI impact or BOI processing such as amendment report
