Lead the HR function across the Support Centre, Distribution Centre, and Store Operations structure for Power Fashion . With broad generalist Human Resources experience at a senior level, you will be expected to bring demonstrable strategic people experience along with the ability to drive a culture of high-performance collaboration and trust.

You will partner with the Group Centre of Excellence - HR specialist teams and business leaders to deliver strategic group HR imperatives.

Strategy :

Formulate and lead the Divisional people strategy and implement key people imperatives to ensure the strategic goals are met.

Monitor and implement HR processes to ensure consistency, compliance and minimized risks to the business. Set up and monitor the People budget within the company.

Support Directors, Executives, and line managers for HR advice.
