Introduction

Murray & Roberts Cementation invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Shift Supervisor to be placed in Zibulo NS Decline Development. The successful candidate will report to the Mine Overseer.
The company will provide remuneration and benefits relevant and appropriate to the position. Preference will be given to Historically Disadvantaged South African (HDSA) candidates.

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
• Supervise and lead underground crews to achieve production and quality targets to project scope
• Cost containment through effect cost control and efficient target achievement
• Self and team understand and comply with legal regulations and M&RC’s policies, procedures, standards and safety protocols
