Our client based on Olifantsfontein is looking to hire a Retail Shop Manager to take responsibility for the management and cost effectiveness of the Retail store.

Description
• Purchasing and stock control
• Daily Cash ups
• Daily banking’s
• Credits
• Pay-outs, refunds, returns and GRV
• Observation of camera footage
• Monitor security
• Merchandising and rotation of stock
• Good customer service
• Meat monthly targets
• Management of staff

Profile
• Gr12, a certificate in management will be an added advantage
• Sound knowledge on costing
• Sound knowledge on customer relations
• Sound knowledge on employee relations
• Experience in the meat industry will be an added advantage
• 2 – 5 years relevant experience
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Knowledge of budget, expenses, overheads and product knowledge
• Butchery background
