Inventory Management Supervisor

Job Purpose: Discover, analyze and resolve discrepancies in the inventory and recommend process improvements in the inventory control system to minimize obsolescence. Handle inventory analysis across all divisions – FG domestic, FG export operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inventory Record Accuracy
• Develop process and system solutions to improve and sustain accurate inventory records.
• Hanging Interim Monitoring System
• Coordinate with inventory management personnel as well as the different process owners for hanging transactions.
• Transactions Monitoring
• Coordinate with Procurement for Scrap Sales.
• Operations Support
• Ensure that The Company’s distribution centers and warehouses maintain inventory levels necessary to meet projected sales demands and resolve issues as they come.
• Spearhead in the activities related to stocks diversion, special move out plans
• Ensure timely retrieval and sending of samples to QA for analysis and consequent releasing of held stocks
