Responsibilities

CONTROL VALVES

Dismantling from position and installing at position – client scope

BEAMCO scope:
• Check for friction sticking, flashing, cavitation, choked flow, acoustic noise, erosion, and chemical corrosion in the Workshop.
• Remove all electrical and pneumatic connections to the control valve including positioner.
• Dismantle the control valve body, bonnet top flange along with actuator yoke.
• Inspect the valve internals and service the valve.
• DCI Reports issuing
• Replace the damaged parts with OEM spares.
• Install all electrical and pneumatic connections to the control valve including positioner.
• Test functionality of the system.
• Final Reports issuing
• Handover to client

PSV

1. Inspection and Visual Examination:

- Inspect the PSV for signs of damage, corrosion, or wear.

- Check for proper labelling and documentation, including the PSV's set pressure.
