Contract Technical Writer

Duration: currently until end of 2024 but potentially may be extended

Location: Near Gloucester (hybrid, min 50% on-site or as required)

As part of the Technical Communications team, you will create and update operating and maintenance content with relevant experts. You will support the engineering project team, facilitating the creation of high-quality and accurate technical documents such as assembly and test procedures and user guides. This is for exciting new projects involving hardware and some software and will provide a great opportunity to work closely with the engineering team. You must be a self-starter with strong writing and communication skills, capable of planning your work and delivering to tight deadlines. You will be required to work closely with engineers to help them document assemblies of the product often while observing the build.
