The Role:
• Install, set up, and configure audio and visual systems, including but not limited to projectors, sound systems, microphones, and displays.
• Ensure proper integration of AV equipment with existing technology infrastructure.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to audio and visual systems both remotely and on-site.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on audio and visual equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Schedule and execute regular system checks and updates.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their AV requirements and provide technical support.
• Offer guidance on the use of AV equipment and troubleshoot user-related issues.
