New and further development of local and global HR applications based on SAP HCM (e.g. digital file, ESS / MSS applications with Fiori, . )

Implementation of new HR applications within international projects (concept, implementation and rollout)

Consulting and advice to the business

Process and technology support

This is you:

Completed studies in business economics and/or IT (Uni/FH) or comparable qualification

Profound knowledge of SAP HCM

SAP Success Factors knowledge is an advantage

Experience in project work; project management experience advantageous

Knowledge in software development (e.g. ABAP/UI5) or SAP HCM Processes & Forms is an advantage

Good English language skills; German advantageous

Flexible annual working hours based on a 40-hour week, with 100% employment

Vacation entitlement: 25 days from the age of 20, 27 days from the age of 40 and 30 days from the age of 50
