Insight Global is looking for a Production Threading Manager to join of the our largest manufacturing clients. The Production Threading Manager is responsible for leading, developing, implementing, providing support, advice, guidance and overseeing programs related to the threading department operations, administration, workplace complaint investigations, performance management, recruitment and retention, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and discipline.

In support of these programs, this position plays an integral role in providing processes, tools, and resources to drive achievement of divisional and corporate objectives by building harmonious and respectful working relationships, organizational efficiencies, and employment talent.
