- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and system failure and check readiness of machine engineering- Maintain and handle the efficiency and effectiveness of all related manufacturing equipment required to manufacture a high-quality product in a repeatable and cost-effective manner. - Check the history record and repair information of various machines / equipment - Check the preparation of the PM, automation system of the machine engineering- Investigate and report the causes of equipment malfunctions and set up measures to prevent malfunctions.- Store hand tools and check the stock regularly and ready to use-Maintain and improve factory processes and related metrics, such as production efficiency, cycle times, capacity, capabilities, etc.- Monitor for overall line production and other tasks assigned according to Management assigned.
