Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Jharsuguda. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources department and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training employees, as well as managing employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
