We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts department in Littleport.

You will be fully trained to become a Parts Advisor and achieve a level 2 qualification. As part of your training you will attend Easton College, after one year we would assess your progress and if appropriate enrol you at college on 4 x 2 week training blocks for years two and three. The remainder of your time when you aren’t at college would be spent at TNS where practical training will be provided and regular visits from an assessor. There will also be virtual classroom training and web-based training.

The role reports to the Parts Manager, and is responsible for identifying customer parts requirements, answering questions regarding parts technical issues, improving profitability by presenting offers to customers where appropriate.
