About the Role:

Implement Association’s Business Development strategy to build mutually beneficial relationships with employers, recruitment agencies, secondary and tertiary education institutions, other professional bodies and the public sector (governmental structures).

Generate budgeted revenue and increase student numbers bycreating and following through on opportunities with clients using a consultative sales approach to sell the Association’s broad portfolio of membership and learning products. You will report to Associate Director, Central Africa.

You Will:
• Generate budgeted revenue and increased student numbers within the target market.
• Maintain relationships with relevant partners across academic, private and public sector and in building the reputation and relationships throughout the target market education terrain.
• Develop relationships with main employers, to increase account penetration and strengthen the business relationship.
