• Provides leadership to the practice physicians, APP’s and staff; responsible for the overall operations of the practice; supervises the effective and efficient operation of the practice; develops and implements consistent guidelines/policies for the practice, in conjunction with MMG administration; prioritizes work activities and evaluates effectiveness of procedures/processes; develops and implements short and long term work plans to facilitate success and growth of the practice/service line. Identifies and evaluates opportunities for service line development. Serves as outreach lead for new initiatives and providers. Collaborates with internal departments to promote continuity and positive outcomes. Establishes practice hours and ensures proper staffing and optimal patient care flow utilizing the electronic medical records system.
