Duties
• Manages the ARNG aviation program of the state which includes planning, coordinating, implementing and directing all

aviation assets within the state. Direct responsibility includes, but is not limited to, management of all aircraft maintenance and logistics

programs, aircrew training program, additional flight training program, personnel management, facilities planning, resource programming and

budgeting, policy development and implementation, aviation safety and aircraft accident prevention programs and aviation support for the

accomplishment of various missions including support of county, state and federal agencies. Acts as the principle aviation advisor to the

Adjutant General, and as a liaison with all organizations concerning matters relevant to aviation support. Coordinates and manages force
