Larsen & Toubro is currently looking for Human Resources Specialist be part of our HR Operations in Saudi Aramco project in Dhahran Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate HR procedures to streamline processes.
• Allocate talent and CVs and organize pool of candidates per project requirements.
• Assess staff and provide guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Ensure the smooth flow of information from project key personnel to top management and Headquarters.
• Assist in site employees attendance and other staff requirements.
• Schedule interviews as per management needs.
• Supervise other junior HR and Admin staff.
• Keep abreast with all project changes and developments.
• Take charge with project-related various tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.

1-2 years experience in HR role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
