Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily food production, managing the kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring the quality of food and service.

Qualifications
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and kitchen procedures
• Proven experience as a Head Chef
• Knowledge of food safety, storage, and sanitation regulations
• Ability to manage and train kitchen staff
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A passion for creative and innovative cuisine
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
