Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance community engagement and empower students through leadership initiatives
• Build communities in large numbers across messaging and social media platforms catering to the youth in Eastern India
• Lead a team of dedicated youth leaders, providing training and opportunities to foster their professional growth
• Organize and facilitate interactive and informative programs and events focused on career development and skill-building
• Be available for up to 2 daily stand-ups online of 15-20 minutes each on Google Meet with progress updates

Qualifications
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for empowering others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven experience in community engagement, project management, or related fields
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
