Role Description
• To review, calculate and estimate the design drawing Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing from consultant/developer team.
• To review the tender drawing MEP at the tender phase.
• To review and check the QS Consultant Estimation Cost.
• To review shop drawing & Monthly progress MEP in construction phase.
• To review and check the variation order MEP in construction phase.
• Prepare the study estimation cost for new possibilities new projects.
• Coordination with other disciplines (Structure & Architect).

Qualifications
• Graduated from reputable university majoring Electrical or Mechanical.
