This role is for an experienced supervisor and would suit someone who would be keen to progress into the management role with training.

For the role of CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR, you will need to have an assertive personality and the drive to learn a new industry. You will need to enjoy a semi corporate working environment where you will be governed by legislation and essential paperwork. You will need to be confident at managing customer relationships and competent in managing a small team of approx 5.

The Salary & Benefits
• Salary circa £30,000-£35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
