Job Description

As our Apparel Design Manager W/M, you will lead a design team and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of the design process. You will be responsible for executing design strategies to ensure our product lines are innovative, relevant and delivered on time.

The key areas of the role will focus on:
• Steering the Design Activity
• Lead and participate in working groups to develop technical design concepts for product lines
• Draft design briefs and effectively communicate ideas to the team
• Advocate for and defend the creative vision of the teams
• Submit sketches and drawings to development teams within specified deadlines
• Travel to factories to finalize and develop design concepts
• Project Management
• Organize and monitor projects to ensure efficient workflow and workload management within the design team.
