Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at The Baddie Lab Lagos located in Lekki. The Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of operations which includes developing and implementing systems to improve quality, cost, and productivity; planning and coordinating workload; scheduling staffs' tasks and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures; and overseeing the coordination and delivery of all services and products.
