About The Company:
• The working venue is in Bojonegoro.
• Our client is a Multinational Apparel company. Currently, they are looking for Senior Lean Project Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:
• Work with partner factories.
• Develop a culture of Kaizen and improve the performance of all partner factories with lean methodologies.
• Teach, support and drive application of lean principles and tools.
• Support the manufacturing team on quality data collection, analysis and systematization.
• Support research object on project management.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:
• Hold Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Business English proficiency (ability to communicate with foreigners without difficulties).
• Minimum 3 years as Lean Project Specialist or similar, experienced in Lean or Six Sigma tools in manufacture industry.
